Sometimes, we think victory has to look like a stage, a trophy, or a loud declaration. We think we haven't won unless everyone can see the climb. But the most profound victories are the ones that happen in the quiet between the breaths. The victory of waking up. The victory of choosing to stay.

Survival isn't a holding pattern. It’s a form of active resistance. It is the decision to remain present when the world feels like it's fading to grey. It is the courage to be Not Invisible.
